Milling Process

【Semiwet Milling - Airflow Grinding Method】

The method for obtaining high-quality rice flour is as follows:

1. Rice Washing Process: To remove dirt, dust, and impurities.

2. Soaking: To soften the rice, it needs to be soaked for approximately 1 hour.

3. Resting: After removal, allow it to rest to ensure uniform moisture penetration into the rice grains.

4. Grinding: High-speed airflow grinding (rice grains collide with each other).

5. Air Drying: Reduce the moisture content to around 13%.

【Advantages】:
1. Low starch cell damage rate, approximately 3% to 5%.
2. Average particle size is small, approximately 20 to 40 micrometers (270 to 450 mesh).

【Disadvantages】:
1. High equipment cost.
