1. Introduction
The system is a cylindrical, single-stage fixed-type combustion furnace equipped with a stirring device within the furnace. Along the tangential direction of the furnace wall, a swirling gas inlet is positioned, inducing a swirling flame pattern within the furnace. The combination of the rotating recirculating combustion flame and the stirring device maintains a uniformly stable temperature within the furnace. This arrangement provides comprehensive radiant and convective heat transfer to the materials being burned, ultimately enhancing combustion efficiency and energy conservation.
2. Features

• Compact equipment with simple construction: Due to its small structure and compact layout, the system occupies minimal floor space.
• Direct incineration of dewatered sludge: Self-ignition can be achieved without auxiliary combustion, allowing for the direct incineration of dewatered sludge.
