1. Drying Process
The drying material is introduced into the drying machine drum. Upon entry, it is lifted from the bottom of the drum to the top by the lifting baffles inside the drum. Subsequently, during the descent from the top, it is cut and shattered by the high-speed rotating mixing blades until the material is completely broken.
2. Features
• High thermal capacity coefficient: The processing capacity of a unit drying machine drum volume is large.
• High thermal efficiency and economic performance: In addition to pulverizing the drying material to increase the contact area between the material and the hot air, it also prevents the loss of hot air.
• Uniform product particle size: Under the interaction of the pulverizing and mixing device and the rolling of the drying machine drum, the particle size of the dried material is uniform.
• Less oxidation and degradation of dried products: The continuously recycled hot air has a low oxygen content, making it less prone to oxidation of the dried material.
• Low exhaust gas emissions: The drying exhaust gas is recycled in the hot air furnace, resulting in a lower amount of emitted exhaust gas.
• Convenient operation (maintenance, repair): The device has a simple structure, and even with significant fluctuations in moisture content, the probability of equipment failure is very low.

1. Moisture evaporation rate indicates the standard capacity of the dryer. For example, for residual sludge from feces and urine, with an initial moisture content of 82%, the dried material ends up with only 30% moisture content.

4. Application
• Activated Sludge: Domestic wastewater sludge, sewage sludge, food plant waste, pharmaceutical or chemical processing plant waste, etc.
• Metal Waste: Copper sulfide, iron oxide, copper hydroxide, etc.
• Organic Waste: Fibrous waste, proteinaceous sludge, organic fertilizers, etc.
• Inorganic Waste: Combustible waste, pigment waste, clays and kaolins, etc.
