2. Application Methods

EVOCHEM ETC-ULTRA and EVOCHEM ETC-PRO are designed as ready-to-use pellets, suitable for use in thermal chemical vapor deposition and electron beam deposition with external crucible protection. The EVOCHEM ETC-LIQUID and EVOCHEM ETC-METAL-LIQUID series products can also be applied through wet chemical processes (dipping, spraying, coating) for coating production.

3. Operating Principle

It can effectively form a covalent bond with one end of the molecular chain, particularly capable of forming highly stable covalent bonds on oxide surfaces, while the other end of the molecular chain is densely aligned with the perfluorinated end. As a result, the ETC product line exhibits excellent cleaning characteristics, and the substrate itself provides a very smooth and wear-resistant nano-protective layer.

4. Green Production

The ETC tablet series products are packaged in convenient vacuum-sealed blister packs, with 12 tablets per sheet and a shelf life of 6 months. Compared to individually packaged products, this reduces packaging materials by approximately 90%. Additionally, the tablet carrier can be reused more than 10 times, further reducing material costs and unnecessary waste.
